Payment
Most forms of payment are accepted. Payment in full is expected when you place your order. Changes in your order may be made up until the construction of your carrier has begun. If you wish to make a change in your order, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know the status of your order and if a change in your order can be made at that time. Please note that changes in your order may also create a delay.

Shipping
All carriers are shipped Priority through USPS and includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional and extra. If you require a different shipping method, please let us know and we'll look into it.

Guarantee
All carriers come with a 3 month guarantee against defect under recommended use. We cannot guarantee against large, thrashing toddlers who don’t want to be carried. Nor can we guarantee against washing machines if the carrier is not washed in a laundry bag or a pillow case. Please follow all use and care instructions and your carrier will live a long, useful, and happy life.

The buckle used in the adjusting feature comes with a lifetime guarantee. Should it have a problem, it will be replaced free of charge.

Returns
We are unable to accept returns on custom carriers (your fabric/design). Returns on stock carriers (our fabric/design) are accepted within 10 days if the carrier is in new, un-washed, and in re-saleable condition. Carrier must be returned with original packaging as well as any tags and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the condition of the carrier. Refunds will be issued only after we receive the carrier and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
